After placing your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order.

Orders placed on the weekend will not be fulfilled until Monday or Tuesday depending on the backlog of orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an email with your tracking information. Sometimes couriers take a few days to update tracking information.

Estimated delivery times once your package leaves our studio:

USA: 5 to 11 days

CANADA: 4 to 9 days

UK: 5 to 11 days

AUS: 5 to 11 days

EU: 5 to 11 days

Rest of World: Varies by location. Please check estimated times at checkout.

There may be delays due to external factors that are out of our control (ie. weather, courier delays, weekends, holidays, etc).

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Courier delays

• Customs processing

• Weekends and public holidays

Unbound Fightwear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

• Unbound Fightwear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

• Orders shipped outside Canada, including to the United States, may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or courier brokerage charges. These are the responsibility of the customer.

  These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Amounts vary by country and are collected by the carrier on delivery.

  Packages refused at delivery due to unpaid duties are treated as customer-initiated returns. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
